Philip was born and raised in Jersey City. He unofficially began his real estate career at the age of 21 when he purchased his first property, renovated it, and sold it for a profit. With the mentorship of two generations of real estate developers and investors, Philip quit his 14-year corporate tax consulting career to pursue a full-time career in real estate.
