James Folise, was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, NY.  He attended St. John’s University, graduating with a Business Degree In Finance.

He decided, to pursue a career in the Music Industry, after college. He eventually, started  his own Artist Management Company.  He was able to achieve, for his clients, the opportunities, to work with today’s, top music artist.

He has always gravitated towards real estate, as part of his bigger plan.  Entertainment Management and Real Estate, would go hand in hand in his career.

He decided, to take his first venture into real estate, by buying his first multi family property, in Jersey City Heights.

He realized, that he had as much passion for real estate, as he did for music.

Already licensed in NY, he decided to get his license in NJ and start learning the business.  He has been in the Jersey City Market, now for 15 years, pursuing sales and investments.

He is extremely knowledgeable in his market and as in the music industry, he kept his ear to the ground and had a good eye, bringing, the same skills to Real Estate. His management skills and his quality to nurture people and believe in what, they are trying to accomplish, allows him this ability, to develop a unique relationship, with his clients.

He is hard working, energetic, loyal, honest and extremely passionate. He is dedicated to his clients.  He is hard working and rarely, ever says no to his clients.

His view for his clients is, if, it is not something, he does not believe in for himself or his family, he will be honest with his clients, that there might be a better opportunity for them. It is not about the sale, it is about helping people, on a better path and life ahead. Buying a home, can change a person’s life, in so many ways, including a better financial path. He believes, clients will remember, who sold them their first property. Lifetime relationships are made, that go way beyond a sale!
